**What awaits you: **

• Working with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure at Bonn location
• Provide support of site-specific application support and coordinate with application vendor or owner for escalation and issue resolution
• Provide level 2 support for end user on site specific topics
• Provide high-quality support for VIP users
• Manage and co-ordinate support for Data Center in Bonn
• Support the team and manage small projects as needed
• Ensure adherence to IT security standards
• Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and application support
