Assists in enacting policy; develops, maintains, and interprets Branch and Departmental policies. Manages personnel and resources in developing and implementing in- house electrical projects, support and assistance. Recommends electrical equipment, operating budget. Reviews electrical plans, facilities and oversees contract work....
