Electrical Engineer I (Automations)

Under general supervision, the successful incumbent will be responsible for professional engineering work which involves designing electric transmission and distribution facilities, power production buildings and structures upgrades, new constructions, rehabilitations, repairs, major overhauls and routine maintenance projects. Because the Authority has a responsibility to serve the public 24 hours a day, an employee in this class is expected to work overtime as conditions demand and may be called in on short notice during power outages and other emergencies.
