Equitable is seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to join us as the Operations Manager to provide operating support to the EVP, COO and COM of the Dallas office. You’ll manage staff workflow in the branch location, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions. The Operations Manager will work in office out of theDallas, TX office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Primarily oversee Operations for Dallas branch and secondarily coordinate with partners.

  • Manage branch Operations support teams.

  • Managing branch budgets and expense approvals.

  • Partner with EVP, COO, COM and sales managers to achieve sales and hiring goals for each branch.

  • Serve as key escalation point for all Operations and compensation issues.

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
