Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to our customers around the world to help them drive improved patient outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our global oncology marketing team focusing on sac-TMT, a TROP2 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) in late-stage development across a range of disease areas and treatment settings.

We are recruiting a Global Oncology Marketing Director. This role requires exceptional leadership, deep product strategy, brand development and launch preparation experience. It focuses on commercial strategy and execution for the launches of sac-TMT in breast cancer, with close coordination with relevant disease, cross functional and geographic counterparts. This role has the potential to launch our first combination of sac-TMT. The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.

As part of the sac-TMT global commercial team, this individual will create trusted relationships with other disease-and asset-focused counterparts, cross-functional colleagues and regions/markets on key aspects of global marketing, including the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the commercial strategy development for the sac-TMT launch indications in Breast, with a focus on TF-10 and TF-11 trials, including driving the development of indication-level L3 marketing strategy deliverables, scientific narrative, nurse/care team strategies, in close collaboration with relevant disease teams, ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies

  • Includes responsibilities for market research, SL insights and other related insight-gathering needs for initial launch indications

  • Includes coordination with precision medicine team on biomarker strategies related to initial launch indications

  • Leading commercial planning and execution for the initial launch indications for sac-TMT, including:

  • Development of promotional strategies, messaging and any necessary global content deliverables, in collaboration with relevant disease, cross functional and regional teams, and ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies

  • AOR oversight and management

  • Management of the launch planning process for sac-TMT in breast, ensuring close cross-functional and cross-geographic coordination

  • SL engagement/congress strategy for initial launch indications, in coordination with relevant disease teams and broader sac-TMT asset planning workstreams

  • Data analytics, performance metrics tracking for initial launch indications, in close coordination with relevant disease teams and sac-TMT analytics team

  • Coordination with precision medicine team on BMx strategy scenario plans

  • Leading the launch GCT for sac-TMT for Breast indications

  • Preparation for launch readiness and other governance discussions related to the initial launches of sac-TMT

  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with deep product strategy experience and scenarios planning with an ability to pivot quickly

  • Ability to build a structured approach to a complex and fast paced environment

  • Work effectively with cross-functional partners including medical, international, regional and local teams, Market access etc.

  • High level of clinical acumen and scientific strategy/engagement experience

  • Strong forward-thinking and inspirational leadership

  • Effective communicator both verbally and written

  • Proven ability to create and drive successful asset strategies and tactical execution

  • Ability to successfully navigate the internal and external environment, and ultimately deliver value to our customers

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 10+ years Pharmaceutical Business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries

  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities

  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation

  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives

  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams

  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership

  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority

Preferred:

  • Advanced Degree (i.e. MBA)

  • Global Marketing experience + Regional/Local Marketing experience

  • Launch experience

  • Oncology experience

This position requires approximately 10-15% travel, including some weekends.

The salary range for this role is

$190,800.00 - $300,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
