The Role: The Plans Reviewer analyzes and interprets small project construction documents, consisting of plans, details and specifications for projects of limited scope and minor complexity not requiring a standard plan review process for compliance the codes and ordinances of the Building Safety Division of the Development Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in plans review. Salary: This position is: FLSA non-exempt, and will earn overtime for any hours worked over 40 in a week.
