This position is responsible for providing customer service and operational facility duties at Leddy Arena for the Parks, Recreation & Waterfront Department. Position responsibilities include general customer service, operating our POS system for services and concessions, assisting with birthday party rentals, light cleaning of our public spaces and bathrooms, operating public skate, handling rental skates for skating lessons, checking messages for the customer service associate on weekends and evenings and being available to the maintenance staff at peak hours.
