About Medicaid Recipient Fraud Under limited supervision, performs legal work relating to allegations of Medicaid Recipient fraud by the beneficiary. Primarily assigned to the Prosecution Section to prosecute cases involving Medicaid fraud and abuse committed by beneficiaries (recipients). Reviews work product and coordinates activities of investigators with Chief Investigator and other staff for purposes of providing legal counsel and advice within the Medicaid Recipient Fraud Unit as directed by the supervisor. Prepares all legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs. Appears in court and all legal proceedings on assigned cases or as assigned by supervisors at all stages of prosecution....
