Job Description
Responsibility:

Understand the policy & what it means to the business
-
Get insights from customers from visits and feedback, and link insights to proper campaigns
-
Identify business opportunities in a dynamic and complex environment.
-
Create and deliver impactful HCP education content for brands in collaboration with the commercial solution team and other stakeholders.
-
Design campaigns that are aligned with the strategy
-
Manage/execute marketing campaigns efficiently and smartly with good budget planning
-
Support the preparation and development of the brand plan and the tactical plan
Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy is preferred.
-
At least 5 years of working experience in sales/marketing/medical
-
Experience in Ovarian/Prostate Cancers or VBP product is highly preferred.
-
Demonstrated solid experience in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.
-
Proficiency in the use of software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
-
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong team player
-
Passionate, self-motivated, and skilled in KOL management
-
Effective oral and written communication skills in English
-
High compliance awareness and integrity
