Requirements:
- Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends
- Ability to regularly lift and carry trays
- Must be 16 or older for Host position
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Follow the established guest service standards at all times.
- Maintain a general knowledge of all menus and various dining events.
- Maintain a general knowledge of all Peddler's Village restaurants and various dining events.
- Cooperate with co-workers, working as a team player to satisfy every guest.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the dining rooms, stations, cover counts.
- Maintain neatness and organization of the front-of-the-house and lobby areas.
- Maintain safe and clean work areas.
- Direct guests as appropriate. Handle guest complaints or problem situations maturely and responsibly.
- Perform special duties as assigned.
