Senior Digital Marketing Manager

at Wolfe

**Role Summary

** Wolfe is a Pittsburgh-based FinTech company building the next generation of financial products, and we are actively embedding AI across our product, our internal processes, and the way our teams work day-to-day. As a Digital Marketing Manager focused on SEM, you will own the planning, optimization, and performance of our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, using AI-powered analytics and bidding tools to maximize ROAS and drive customer acquisition. You'll work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to shape our omni-channel strategy and ensure our campaigns adapt as market conditions and business priorities shift. This is a 5-day onsite role in Greentree, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly ROAS targets, adjusting bids, budgets, and audience segments based on performance data.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting, documenting results and implementing winning variations into live campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign budgets across all channels, forecast spend, and reallocate budget to top-performing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for leadership, including ROAS, CPA, click volumes, and trend analysis, with clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the Director of Digital Marketing in developing and refining omni-channel strategy recommendations by analyzing campaign data and identifying cross-channel performance patterns.

Impact Statement

  • For more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days:
  • Achieve a measurable improvement in campaign ROAS (minimum 10% lift) across at least two major campaign buckets through keyword optimization, bid strategy adjustments, and audience refinement.
  • Launch and complete at least three A/B tests with documented results and ship winning variations to production campaigns.
  • Deliver a weekly performance dashboard and monthly strategic report to the Director of Digital Marketing that tracks all active campaigns, identifies top performers, and recommends budget reallocation.

Qualifications

  • More than 7 years of hands-on SEM campaign management experience, with proven expertise managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at scale.
  • Strong track record of improving campaign ROAS through testing, optimization, and strategic bidding decisions.
  • Comfortable working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, data dashboards) and extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted optimization tools and analytics platforms commonly used in marketing tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate campaign performance data into clear strategic recommendations for leadership.
