About the Role
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients — whether by phone or in person. You represent the professional image of our hospital and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client and patient experience.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily veterinary appointment calendar
- Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
- Check clients in and out while processing invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in veterinary practice management software
- Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service during both routine visits and emotional situations
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary CSR experience required
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or specialty practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with clients and pets
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and busy schedules
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems
