Key Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Act as a central point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
• Customer Service: Utilize your customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent support to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Management and Reporting: Proficiently utilize Excel to track project progress, update records, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring data integrity.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar panel projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast- paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
