at Innovetive Petcare

Help Build Something Exceptional From Day One

**Opening October 2026 | Founding Neurology Team Opportunity **

Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is growing — and we are building something special.

Following the success of our flagship specialty and emergency hospital in Marietta, Georgia, we are expanding with the opening of our second location in Dunwoody, Georgia, in October 2026.

We are currently building our founding Neurology team and seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs), Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs), and highly skilled Veterinary Assistants who are passionate about advanced medicine, specialty nursing, and providing exceptional care for complex neurologic patients.

This is more than a Neurology Technician position.

This is an opportunity to help establish the culture, workflows, and patient care standards for a brand-new specialty service while having the support of an established hospital and experienced veterinary leadership team.

  • Advanced nursing teams

This unique transition period allows you to build relationships, strengthen your technical skills, and become part of the team before moving into our new Dunwoody hospital.

Why Neurology?

Neurology is one of the most rewarding and technically advanced areas of veterinary medicine.

Our Neurology team supports patients facing some of their most challenging medical conditions while helping families navigate uncertain and emotional moments.

  • Mechanical ventilation and critical care support
  • Post-operative recovery and rehabilitation

If you enjoy complex cases, advanced nursing, and being part of meaningful patient outcomes, Neurology offers an incredible opportunity to grow.

Eligible Specialty Veterinary Professionals May Qualify for a Sign-On Bonus

We are excited to recognize experienced veterinary professionals joining our Neurology team and contributing to advanced specialty patient care.

Eligible candidates with a strong background in veterinary neurology, specialty medicine, or advanced clinical care may qualify for a sign-on bonus based on experience, credentialing, and skillset:

  • $6,000 Sign-On Bonus available for Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVT/RVT/CVT) with strong Neurology, Specialty, or advanced veterinary nursing experience
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available for experienced non-licensed Veterinary Technicians or Veterinary Assistants with a strong background supporting specialty medicine, neurology cases, or complex patient care
