School-based Occupational Therapist

Position Summary:
Easterseals Crossroads provides top-quality, family-focused, innovative services tailored to meet the needs of individuals we serve. Easterseals Crossroads is taking applications for a skilled and well- organized Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric services in school- based settings. Current contract needs are for approximately 12 hours/week with potential to increase.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students/clients, formulate IEPs and individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about progress.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a valid Indiana license to be considered
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
- Experience in schools preferred but not required
