Our three primary care pediatrics locations in Staten Island are looking for a Medical Assistant who’s ready to bring compassion, organization, and energy to our fast-paced practice. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you can make a real difference for kids and families, this is the place for you!

Rotating Saturdays
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administrative Support Duties
-
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow throughout the day.

Check patients in and out, process copays, and handle balance dues with accuracy and care.

Keep things organized behind the scenes to help the whole office run smoothly.
Clinical Support Duties
-
Greet patients and families warmly as they arrive.
-
Collect patient info, update records in our EMR (AthenaOne experience is a bonus!), and assist with medical histories.

Take vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature — and help patients get ready for their visit.

Assist with basic clinical procedures and coordinate care based on physician instructions.

Keep exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and ready to go!

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required \
-
English/Spanish required to support our patient population

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a big plus
-
At least 1 year of experience in a medical office — pediatric experience is highly preferred
-
Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures

Comfortable with EMR systems (AthenaOne is a bonus!)
Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 20.50 USD Hourly
The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
