Performs job tasks of assembling, installing, and maintaining signs to ensure they are properly mounted on posts and are erected to the proper height and distance as required by the Sign Manual. Maintains an inventory and orders signs used for maintenance and construction projects assigned to Orangeburg Maintenance. Maintains all necessary paperwork for accurate records to include daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assists during inclement weather and after-hour emergencies. May be required to work extended hours to include 12-hour shifts. Performs other related duties as assigned.
