Acciona is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pampanga. The role involves managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project progress tracking for civil and infrastructure works.

Job Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , including comprehensive quantity take-offs based on project drawings.
• Manage and oversee the estimating process for civil works and other related construction activities, ensuring consistency and completeness.
• Review and analyze all available drawings and project documents to ensure that cost estimates are precise, reliable, and aligned with design requirements.
• Take full responsibility for the preparation of monthly production reports and progress quantities , ensuring all measurements and calculations are accurate and properly documented.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., drainage systems, tunnels, bridges, and buildings).
• Hands-on experience in the preparation of IPA/IPC
