The Role

You'll be our first India-based GTM Engineer, working directly with the CEO to build and scale our outbound engine using code, AI tools, and automation. This isn't a traditional sales role — you'll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and ops, building the systems that generate pipeline rather than just grinding calls.

What You'll Do

  • Build and automate outbound workflows using Clay, AI agents, APIs, and custom scripts
  • Create prospect lists programmatically — scraping, enrichment, scoring
  • Design and run outbound experiments across email and LinkedIn at scale
  • Build internal tooling and dashboards to track pipeline and optimize conversion
  • Work with the CEO to identify target accounts and craft messaging that converts
  • Overlap with US hours (PST) required

You're a Fit If You…

  • 1–3 years in a GTM, growth, sales ops, or rev ops role with a technical edge
  • You can write code — Python, JavaScript, or similar (doesn't need to be production-grade)
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and stitching tools together
  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Make/Zapier, or similar GTM tooling
  • You've built automations that replaced manual sales work

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools — Claude, GPT, vibe coding, building AI workflows
  • Background in B2B SaaS or selling to marketing/growth teams
  • You've built scrapers, enrichment pipelines, or outbound sequencing systems from scratch

Comp

  • Competitive India-market base salary + performance bonus
  • Equity: 0.05%–0.2% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
