We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance Processor to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on reviewing property inspection reports to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with client guidelines. You will support process improvement efforts and engage with field inspection teams to enhance report accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inspection photographs to ensure they meet required quality standards and capture all relevant elements of the property.
- Validate that reported hazards and conditions match visual evidence and alignwith client-specific guidelines.
- Review RCT (Replacement Cost Tool) data to confirm accuracy of propertycharacteristics in relation to images.
- Verify that sketches and diagrams align with the actual property footprint.
- Cross-check public data sources to validate inspection findings when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with field inspectors in writing to resolve errors or clarify report details.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in allcommunications.
- Suggest improvements to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and supportoperational excellence.
- Follow organizational policies and client expectations rigorously.
- Participate actively in training programs and apply learning to boost quality and output.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical ability for performing measurements and cost calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proactive and open to learning new processes, tools, and guidelines.
- Flexible in adapting to business needs and workflow changes.
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Essential Requirement (Must to have)
- Experience in Property Inspection is mandatory.
- Graduate degree (Bachelor’s degree required)
- Experience in quality control, property inspections, or insurance processes.
- Familiarity with U.S. property or insurance industry practices is an added advantage.
- Location: Pune, India
- Office-based role in a structured and secure workspace.
- Cleanroom setup may be part of operational requirements depending on client needs.
