Manager of Practice Operations

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to practice operations. This position includes office-level leadership though planning, developing, and organizing the workflow; directing and evaluating the activities of the practice and of each staff member, managing the financial performance of the practice and promoting the practice within the Medical Group, as well as the greater medical community. The Practice Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of all aspects of the clinical operations and be able to fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.

  2. Medical Group experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,6400 to $99,403 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
