Experience : 15 years Minimum experience in construction chemical (QA/QC R&D)

Objective of the Role

To deliver consistent quality, drive innovation, and support business growth through strong QA/QC systems and effective R&D in construction chemicals.

Job Responsibility

** 1. Quality Assurance & Control**

• _Establish and maintainrobust QA/QC systems and processes _
• _Ensureconsistent product quality across all manufacturing locations _
• _Monitor compliance withstandards, specifications, and customer requirements _
• _Driveroot cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues _

2. Product Development & Innovation (R&D)

• _Lead development ofnew products and formulations aligned with market needs _
• _Optimize existing formulations forcost, performance, and sustainability _
• _Evaluatealternative raw materials to reduce dependency and improve margins _
• _Supportcustomized solutions for key projects/customers _

3. Technical Support & Business Alignment

• _Providetechnical support to sales and projects teams _
• _Ensure successfulproduct trials, validations, and approvals _
• _Align R &D and QA activities with business goals and growth drivers _

4. Raw Material & Supplier Management

• _Qualify and validatenew raw materials and suppliers _
• _Ensureconsistent quality and performance of incoming materials _
• _Support procurement incost optimization and risk mitigation _

5. Process Improvement & Standardization

• _Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives _
• Standardize testing methods, benchmarking, and evaluation protocols
• Implement best practices across plants

** 6. Compliance & Documentation**

• Ensure compliance with:
  • Internal standards
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Customer specifications
• _Maintain properdocumentation (TDS, MSDS, QCDN, MTC, etc.) _

7. Team Development & Leadership

• _Build and mentorhigh-performing QA/QC & R&D teams _
• _Enhance team capability throughtraining and knowledge sharing _
