As a Marketing Intern, you’ll kick-start your career at the forefront of B2B
advertising technology, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving, globally
connected environment. This is more than a typical internship; you’ll actively
contribute to real campaigns, learn how modern marketing teams operate, and
build skills that matter.
Working as part of the EMEA Marketing team, and in lockstep with our
commercial teams, you’ll help align marketing activity with revenue goals,
supporting pipeline growth and sales initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to
digital campaign execution, event delivery, and creative projects across
multiple markets, while also learning how marketing and sales collaborate to
drive measurable impact.
You’ll work with the latest AI-powered marketing tools to streamline
workflows, generate insights, and optimise performance in a data-driven way.
This role is ideal for someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn, someone
who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative setting, and wants to
understand how B2B marketing drives growth on a global scale.
What you’ll get to do:
Gaining hands-on experience in event planning – Assist in delivering our busy
event programme by coordinating industry events, networking meetups, and
marketing activations to maximise our brand impact.
Developing communication skills – Support the production of the monthly
newsletter, write blog posts, and assist with go-to-market launches, ensuring
clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
Learning about demand generation & lead generation – Understand how we drive
demand and generate leads to support business growth - essential skills for a
future marketing career.
Building project management skills – Gain experience in budget management,
stakeholder coordination, and campaign execution, all crucial for any
marketing professional.
Work on global campaigns – Build international experience by supporting
marketing activations across multiple countries and working closely with
diverse regional teams.
We’re looking for:
Strong organisational skills & attention to detail – You can juggle multiple
projects while staying on top of deadlines.
Creative problem-solving mindset – You enjoy thinking outside the box and
coming up with innovative marketing ideas.
A passion for digital marketing & media – You are curious about the digital
advertising landscape and eager to learn more.
A team player with great communication skills – You enjoy collaborating,
brainstorming, and working with different teams to bring campaigns to life.
A proactive and adaptable attitude – You are keen to learn, adapt, and take on
new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Multilingual skills – Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Polish
as a plus.
Previous internship experience in digital marketing is a plus – While not
essential, prior experience in a similar role will be beneficial.
