The Pirelli plant in Settimo Torinese, active since the 1950s, is today one of

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
• Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to
the training of people and their correct allocation within the production
department and deployment.
• Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes
improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the
department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in
compliance with product safety and quality standards.
• Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory
Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design
and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.
• Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.
• People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.
• HSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in
charge) and implements corrective actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Engineering Master’s degree.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles is required.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
• Communication and Leadership.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National
Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000.
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and,
following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary
above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills,
and qualifications.
• The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a
competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a
later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
