What will you be doing?
The Ecommerce & Partnership Specialist drives revenue growth through Action Target's online channel by owning the full lifecycle of direct-to-consumer and third-party marketplace revenue, with an active promotional strategy and a growing network of partner and affiliate relationships that extend the brand's reach and commercial impact. This role sits at the intersection of product content, digital marketing, and revenue-focused partnership development; ensuring the ecommerce storefront is conversion-ready, campaigns are executed with precision, and every promotional opportunity is maximized through both AT-driven and industry-collaborative initiatives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on e-commerce promotional strategies, Amazon marketplace management, and affiliate platform experience with strong relationship instincts, comfort with data, and the organizational discipline to manage a catalog alongside an active promotional and partner calendar.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable optimizing an Amazon PPC campaign and negotiating a co-branded partnership with a major manufacturer. Someone who brings hands-on marketplace expertise, a data-driven approach to promotions, strong relationship instincts, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple high-stakes revenue channels simultaneously.
Some of your day-to-day tasks:
Amazon Marketplace Management - 45%
o Serve as the dedicated owner of Action Target's Amazon seller account, managing all day-to-day operations including listings, inventory, advertising, and account health across paper targets, steel targets, training supplies, range supplies, and shooting accessories.
o Build, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display; monitor ACOS and TACOS weekly and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets to maximize return on ad spend.
o Own product listing quality across the Amazon catalog: titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content for priority SKUs; audit listings regularly for suppression, stranded inventory, and category compliance issues.
o Monitor FBA inventory levels and sell-through velocity; forecast demand and create replenishment shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers to avoid stockouts and minimize long-term storage fees.
o Plan and execute Amazon-specific promotions including Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day campaigns, and seasonal promotional events aligned with the broader AT promotional calendar.
o Manage Amazon Brand Registry, protect listings from unauthorized sellers, and maintain brand consistency across the Amazon storefront and Brand Store.
o Monitor and protect Amazon Account Health metrics including Order Defect Rate, late shipment rate, and cancellation rate; respond to customer messages within Amazon's 24-hour SLA and manage A-to-Z claims and return disputes.
o Track and report on Amazon channel performance weekly including revenue, units sold, gross margin, conversion rate, Buy Box win rate, and session data; provide monthly performance summaries to the Marketing Communications Manager and Store Director with actionable optimization recommendations.
o Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the Amazon product catalog, improve organic search ranking through SEO optimization, and grow the channel toward its revenue recovery targets.
Promotional Calendar & Campaign Execution - 35%
o Work with the store representative to build and manage a rolling promotional calendar that spans both AT-driven promotions and coordinated partner campaigns, aligned with the demand cycles, and inventory priorities communicated by Sales.
o Execute promotional campaigns end-to-end: offer setup, landing page coordination, platform deployment (email, SMS, social, PPC, etc.) support in coordination with the broader marketing team.
o Manage paid digital channels (AdWords, PPC, display, etc..) in support of campaign priorities or serve as the internal coordinator for agency-managed paid media.
o Ensure promotions are consistently across email, social, and the website; coordinate with the Marketing Team to align campaign messaging across channels.
o Develop and manage product bundle offers, limited-time promotions, and clearance campaigns to support inventory movement and revenue targets.
o Design or collaborate with graphic designers to produce promotional material.
o Oversee reporting for promotional campaigns, forecasting ROI, and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
Partner & Affiliate Marketing - 20%
o Identify, develop, and execute co-branded promotional campaigns with industry partners; including manufacturers, distributors, and aligned brands that extend reach, add customer value, and drive e-commerce revenue.
o Build and maintain a partner and affiliate network and serve as the primary point of coordination for all partner and affiliate initiatives; ensuring all partners have current creative assets, product information, and campaign materials to effectively represent AT products.
o Track and report on partner and affiliate channel performance; including co-branded campaign outcomes, clicks, conversions, revenue contribution, and ROI.
o Support VIP program coordination and industry collaborative initiatives that expand Action Target's network and position in the market.
o Manage sponsor outreach and relationship management for AT-hosted events.
