Role
- Start with user at center to speak to them visually and creatively
- Establish brand identity, language and style
- Translate internal company culture to external brand communication
- Build a brand book that focuses on firmly placing the company as center of trust and authority for real estate
- Generate visual design creations built for ease of use, replicability, consistency that establish user recall
- Build a culture that sets a high bar for beauty, aesthetics, perfection
- Work collaboratively with product management and engineering teams

- Experience in Figma, Canva, Photoshop etc
- Practical knowledge of visual design, material design, iconography, typography and color theory
