An Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Intern supports the organization’s day-to-day financial operations by assisting in the accurate recording and control of incoming and outgoing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily cash receipts, ensure all forms of payment have been entered into the system and receipts are applied to correct customer accounts.
- Work directly with internal business partners to ensure data requests are complete and accurately entered in the ERP system.
- Manage customer complaints related to AR
- Receives and processes statements/invoices; research payments when questions arise.
- Research vendor credits & debits when received.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
knowledge : Basic excel level and Oracle E1
Initial formation: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
Scholarship: bachelor’s degree student in business administration,
accounting, or international business
Languages: Basic English Spoken & Written.
