Role Mission

1. Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities into the QA Evolution platform
2. Ensure secure, auditable, and governed execution of AI agents
3. Enable scalable agent orchestration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture

4. Support the transition from traditional QA to agent-driven, AI-augmented quality engineering

5. Experience with one agent framework:

   • PydanticAI, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalents)
6. Implementation of tool-calling agents with governance constraints
7. Orchestration patterns:
   • ReAct
   • Plan-and-Execute
   • Multi-agent collaboration / delegation
8. Advanced prompt engineering:
   • System prompts
   • Few-shot examples
   • Reasoning techniques
9. Scripting Language
   • Python
   • Java
10. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
    • Embeddings
    • Vector databases
    • Knowledge graphs

LLM & Integration

1. Experience with:
2. OpenAI-compatible APIs and/or open-source LLMs
3. Optimization of:
4. Token usage
5. Latency
6. Cost monitoring
7. Evaluation methodologies:
8. LLM evaluation pipelines
9. Test suites for agent behavior
