Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible analytical, technical and professional activities in support of San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) Human Resources programs, including recruitment and selection, benefits administration, compensation and classification, training and development, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, retirement, and employee relations; and performs related work as assigned.
