Church Street Marketplace is a department of the City of Burlington responsible for managing maintenance, marketing, administration, capital improvements and safety on the public right-of-way in the Church Street Marketplace District. Each year some 1.5 million visitors come to shop, eat, meet and greet, mark milestones, or just pass the time of day on the Marketplace. CSM Temporary Maintenance Workers work closely with CSM’s full- time maintenance staff to provide outdoor maintenance services for the Marketplace district.
