The Reinstatement List is restricted to former Court employees who meet the criteria outlined below. ELIGIBILITY Former permanent, regular status employees of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles who have separated from employment with The Court without fault or delinquency within the previous two (2) years ( three (3) years for Court Reporters ) are eligible for reinstatement.
