Job Description

The Procurement Analyst (Mid-Level) will be responsible for supporting sourcing and supplier management processes for services, ensuring efficiency, competitiveness, and alignment with company strategies.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, contributing to value creation and strengthening procurement governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage procurement tickets and purchasing requests;

• Support end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes for services;

• Engage with suppliers, conducting commercial and contractual negotiations;

• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts;

• Maintain and control supplier and contract data repositories

• Monitor KPIs and support spend analysis and supplier performance tracking;

• Lead or support business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders;

• Build strong relationships with internal customers across local, regional, and global levels;

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• Intermediate level of Spanish

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
