Here is What Your day May Consist of:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and surgeries
- Monitor anesthesia and recovery with precision and care
- Perform blood draws, IV catheter placements, and diagnostic lab work
- Provide gentle, compassionate nursing care for every patient
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and teammates
- Maintain accurate medical records and help manage inventory
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
- Contribute to the PAZ culture — bring your ideas, positivity, and authenticity every day
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- Licensed or experienced Veterinary Technician (LVT) (preferred but not required)
- 1–3 years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting
- Strong technical and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- A positive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Dedication to teamwork, growth, and quality medical care
- A dash of quirkiness and a love for Austin’s creative, community-driven vibe
