Accounts Payable Manager

EIS is actively seeking an experienced and accomplished Accounts Payable Manager to join our team in Ukraine. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable including reconciling invoices to the agreements, entering bills, applying payments
• Posting journal entries in NetSuite, including accrual of expenses, amortization of prepayments, allocation of expenses between departments
• Analyze expense trends utilizing strong accounting knowledge
• Communicate with vendors and approval managers discussing all billing matters, payment, and billing terms
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis as needed
• Prepare reports to the heads of department with regard to payments processed and outstanding liabilities
• Provide invoices support, including assisting in the research, analysis, and payment issues
• Provide support to the team during annual Group and stand-alone audits

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 3-year experience
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership and follow through
• Experience in working with accounting systems such as NetSuite is desirable
• Attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks
• Experienced with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
