The Facilities Management Division of the Facility Services Department is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager (FOM) to provide oversight and management of the Hennepin County Government Center (HCGC). The HCGC is the county’s seat of government with multiple county and state government tenants. The HCGC is a 24-story high-rise with 1.5 million square feet and a 423-stall parking garage. The annual budget is $7.5 Million with a staff of 15. Location and hours: This position is on-site at the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55487.
