Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Plan and execute Marketing Strategy using marketing principles and process to deliver to customers.
-
Lead all aspects of the strategic planning and tactical execution through omni channel approach in the area of Lung cancer.
-
The business plan should be developed taking various factors into account; market insight, competitor benchmark, policy and regulation trends, customer needs, compliance and execution risks, business impact on the company. ex-Japan/ ex-pharma best practices etc.

Maximize brand performance with optimized strategic choice.
-
Bring extensive knowledge and expertise across all aspects of marketing.

Develop Sales and expense forecast/plan for Lung cancer area and manage as an effective financial steward.

Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet product business objectives and customer needs.

Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
-
Work closely with the cross functional members (especially Medical and R&D) and support groups and align with their plans and tactics
-
Engage with external stakeholders i.e., KOLs and medical communities and agencies.
-
Lead the development of the LCM plan for Lung cancer area and advocate for its execution with key stakeholders.

Ensure managing compliance and minimize compliance risks from the company-wide perspectives.
Required skills, Competency, Experience, etc.

Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate under the agile way of working.

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

Strong project and process management skills along with the ability to work on multiple tasks and to effectively prioritize

Eager to learn new things by her/himself as well as by team.

Over 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in Oncology.
-
Experience on Lung cancer and/or launch experience preferred.
