Digital Messaging Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Messaging Intern to support our email, social media, and customer engagement programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, is curious about digital marketing, and wants hands‑on experience with real‑world campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Email Support — Help organize and maintain email content libraries and documentation and assist with updating campaign calendars and tracking deliverables.

Social Media Support — Help draft posts, schedule content, monitor comments, and track engagement across platforms.

Customer Care Support — Respond to customer questions through social channels, escalate issues to the right teams, and help maintain a positive brand voice.

Content Coordination — Gather assets, update messaging calendars, and help keep campaign documentation organized.

Quality Assurance — Test links, review formatting, and help ensure messages look correct across devices.

Reporting & Insights — Assist with pulling basic performance metrics for email and social campaigns.

Research — Monitor trends in digital communication, social media, and customer engagement to help the team stay current.

What You’ll Learn

The pay rate for this position is $30/hour.
