Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Software Engineer supports QVC Group, and builds and evolves modern digital platforms that power customer and business experiences.

You will help build scalable web applications and platform capabilities using modern technologies, and work on the software that supports our digital experiences, improves engineering quality, and helps modernize legacy systems.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build scalable web applications, APIs, and platform capabilities using React, Next.js, TypeScript, .NET, and SQL Server

  • Translate product and business requirements into technical designs and high-quality software solutions

  • Improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and usability across customer-facing and internal applications

  • Contribute to modernization efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify legacy systems and improve platform consistency

  • Lead technical design discussions, participate in code reviews, and share practical guidance that helps raise engineering quality across the team

What You'll Bring

  • Several years of professional software engineering experience building and delivering production-grade web applications, including experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, .NET, and SQL Server

  • 5+ years of experience developing scalable applications, APIs, and database-backed systems

  • Experience working across the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, debugging, and production support

  • Experience with software architecture, system integration, and modern engineering practices

  • Experience partnering with Product, Design, and other engineering teammates

  • Experience contributing to code reviews, technical standards, and the development of less experienced engineers
