Join our team as a Warehouse Administrator, playing a key role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly by managing stock movements, processing deliveries, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting operational performance.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Checking stock accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and resolving system-related issues.
• Producing reports and analysing data to support operational decision-making.
• Monitoring warehouse systems for errors and escalating issues where required.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Acting as a key contact for inbound and outbound administration queries.
• Supporting warehouse operations with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous warehouse administration or logistics administration experience.
• Are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Enjoy problem-solving, investigating discrepancies, and working with data.
• Have excellent attention to detail and can maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Can confidently work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and learn new processes.
