Specialist II - Mortgage Servicing Operations

Mortgage Lending is a broad group of work that may be responsible for originating, evaluating, processing, servicing, and/or administering residential mortgage products while ensuring a high-quality client experience, operational accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and underwriting standards. Activities may include:

• Guiding clients through the home loan process
• Structuring mortgage solutions that align with client needs and responsible lending practices
• Processing and maintaining mortgage loan accounts and transactions
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies
• Ensuring financial accuracy, strong risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations
• Collaborating with internal partners to support efficient loan processing, servicing activities, and timely client outcome

Career Specialization Definition

Mortgage Servicing Operations is responsible for supporting the administration and servicing of mortgage loans throughout the life of the loan. Activities may include payment processing, escrow administration, customer support, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management. Other duties as assigned.

• Working under moderate supervision.

Required Certifications/Licenses
