Growth Operations Executive

The Growth Operations Executive is responsible for supporting pricing strategy and execution against budgeted objectives, with a primary focus on securing new pricing wins and delivering measurable commercial growth. The role drives the identification, development and management of pricing opportunities across Davies UK&I’s core, volume and complex claims and legal operations, underpinning the efforts of our commercial, market, proposition and client leadership teams.
The role requires a strong understanding of the insurance, claims and legal
services landscape, combined with a clear grasp of market pricing structures,
client expectations and competitive dynamics. The Client Commercial Lead will
proactively identify, document and progress pricing opportunities that
strengthen the value of Davies’ solutions, ensuring alignment with client
needs and prevailing market conditions.
They will take ownership of the end‑to‑end pricing lifecycle, ensuring
opportunities are robustly developed, appropriately governed and effectively
executed in line with internal commercial frameworks. This includes driving
consistency in pricing approach, maintaining strong governance standards and
supporting the successful conversion of opportunities into tangible commercial
outcomes.
The role will work closely with Business Development and Client Relationship teams, with success measured through delivery against commercial and pricing objectives, the strength and conversion of pipeline opportunities, the quality and consistency of pricing execution, and contribution to long‑term client value and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of the price budget for core and volume and complex
business lines of Davies UK&I through:
Commercial Growth Delivery
- Deliver agreed pricing and revenue growth targets across UK&I service lines
- Support conversion of qualified opportunities into sustainable income streams
- Contribute to overall portfolio growth and retention performance
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Support the implementation of effective strategies aligned to market conditions and client requirements
- Ensure consistent application of pricing frameworks and governance standards
- Drive measurable improvement in pricing quality and commercial outcomes
Pipeline Management & Opportunity Creation
- Maintain a comprehensive, data‑led register of all active commercial pursuits
- Identify and originate new pricing and growth opportunities through insight, market intelligence and internal engagement
- Track and manage opportunity progression through defined sales stages, ensuring momentum and visibility
CRM Ownership & Data Integrity
- Own and manage the Group CRM for pricing pipeline tracking, reporting and governance
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all opportunity and client data
- Produce regular pipeline and performance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Leverage insights to inform strategy, prioritisation and forecasting
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Development, Operations and Client Relationship teams to align commercial strategy with delivery capability
- Ensure alignment between forecasting and actual performance through close collaboration with Finance, Service Delivery, Client and Proposition teams
Performance & Governance
- Operate within established commercial governance frameworks, ensuring transparency and consistency
- Monitor performance against agreed budget objectives, adjusting approach to drive improved outcomes
- Balance growth ambition with disciplined execution and risk awareness
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Total experience we are looking for in years: 5 Years
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against budgeted commercial objectives
- Strong collaborator, able to coordinate and mobilise cross‑functional teams to achieve commercial targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent communicator, able to coordinate internal stakeholders and build confidence across teams and leadership
- High attention to detail, with strong capability in sales data analysis, management and reporting
