Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

  • Build and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform.

  • Deploy feature and maintenance releases.

  • Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.

  • Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD).

  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).

  • Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).

  • Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation.

  • Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.

  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 USD annually. This range represents the base pay TeamViewer reasonably expects to offer for this role and may vary based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for TeamViewer’s company bonus and RSU program. TeamViewer offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package designed to support health, wellbeing, family, and financial security.
