** MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**

Responsible for APOC regional Key Accounts retention and expansion as well as new Key Accounts incorporation across the region, by executing the defined strategies in order to fully penetrate this segment of customers with the entire APOC portfolio of products. Also, maintain and improve profitability for APOC for these managed accounts.

Accountable for achieving designated sales target levels and gross margin profiles.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply Key Account Management model (cross selling, up selling and upgrading strategies) in assigned territories at selected Key Accounts.
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet Key Accounts goals and needs.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for Key Accounts current contracts execution and management.
  • Improvement the relationship with key stakeholder to identify growth opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Responsible for pipeline generation and its execution as well as CRM (Salesforce.com) management for opportunities development.
  • Responsible for sales expansion, introduction of new products/services (hs-Tnl & TBI) to clients and organize visits to current and potential customers.
  • Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
  • Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
  • Inform customers about new product introduction and product retirements, clearly establishing launch and retirement dates.
  • Forecast and report product inventory needs in advance to fill customers needs in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor’s degree

Major/Field of Study

Bacteriologist, Biomedical Engineering or related.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience leading customer implementations of Point‑of‑Care (POC) technologies, with solid knowledge of clinical protocols for patient care in Emergency Departments, ICUs, CVOR, and other hospital areas; Key Account management, channel management and consultative selling, CRM (Salesforce.com), public tenders.
