About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our
Specialised Services Team in Brisbane CBD, QLD (Turrbal Country) on a
6-month maximum-term basis. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for

Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our Specialised Services
Team , working closely with Occupational Physicians, Psychiatrists, and
Psychologists to ensure our clients receive exceptional care. You’ll be the
go-to person for coordinating administration services, making sure everything
runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for clients and providing a warm, professional welcome

Managing medical bookings and coordinating results

Maintaining accurate and organized client files

Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care

Assisting in general administrative duties

Providing support to other teams when needed
