Remote Account Executive

JOB SUMMARY : The Account Executive is a pivotal role designed to identify new permanent hiring project opportunities, grow our book of business by breaking new accounts, and showcase Orion’s value proposition to our partners. This remote role is key to driving business growth and expanding our reach within the industry, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain top 100: Regularly update and manage the top 100 target prospect companies and industries to focus our recruiting efforts effectively.
  • Categorize by company & industry: Systematically categorize potential clients by their company size and industry to tailor our approach and services.
  • Sign all Fee Agreements: Ensure that all fee agreements are signed promptly, securing our business terms and partnerships.
  • Handoff of account & Job Order: Efficiently hand off accounts and job orders after a fee agreement is signed or a new position is identified, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Expansion opportunities: Work closely with Account Managers to identify and discuss expansion opportunities when fee agreements need to be reviewed or signed.
