We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Assurance Sales, to lead our Americas Assurance sales team while providing leadership and coordination across international markets.

Drive Global Sales Growth

Own and deliver global Assurance sales targets

Expand market share through new business development and strategic account growth

Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies

Identify opportunities to increase revenue across NSF’s service portfolio through cross-selling initiatives
Lead and Develop Teams

Directly lead the Americas Assurance sales organization

Provide matrix leadership and collaboration across international sales teams

Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives

Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance
Enable Operational Excellence

Monitor key performance indicators and sales effectiveness metrics

Support sales planning, territory design, quotas, and incentive programs

Drive forecasting accuracy and business reporting

Ensure adoption of CRM tools, sales processes, and operational best practices

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate Across Business Functions

Partner with operations, technical, marketing, and business leaders to support customer success and organizational goals

Influence strategy within a complex, matrixed global organization

Represent the voice of the customer and market within the business

Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of successful sales leadership experience
-
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and revenue targets

Experience leading domestic and international sales initiatives
-
Strategic account management and consultative/value-based selling experience

Experience managing and developing sales teams
-
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to influence and collaborate across a global matrix organization

Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities

Business acumen with experience analyzing market trends and growth opportunities

Demonstrated agility and the ability to lead through changing business and market conditions

Ability to travel 25% domestically
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience within the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry
-
Familiarity with standards and certification programs such as ISO, IATF, Aerospace, CMMC, or similar
-
Salesforce.com experience

English and Spanish Bilingual capabilities
