Lead HVAC Installer

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
  • Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices
  • Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related HVAC systems according to company standards and code requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation layouts
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with high attention to detail
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and project managers
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and make recommendations in the field
  • Verify equipment is installed and operating properly before job completion
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years experience as an HVAC Installer, with leadership or lead installer experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying job site conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
