About The Job
The incumbent will help improve the efficiency and processes within Ironclad by collecting data and analyzing it to ensure the field is following appropriate procedures. Another key aspect of the role involves working with several people across various locations, to ensure the delivery of maximum results and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review the company's data, build reports, and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency within the organization.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to senior management.
• Work closely with Finance often to connect operational performance with financial performance.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and achieving business goals.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within the environmental solutions or specialty containment industry.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills while working with different levels of management.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
