As the first and last point of contact in our hospital, our Veterinary Client Service Representatives play a critical role in shaping the client experience and supporting exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Educate clients on services, wellness plans, and preventative care

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system
• Coordinate with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize hospital efficiency
• Support boarding and grooming service coordination when needed

Communication & Relationship Building

• Provide clear explanations of hospital policies and services
• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high customer service standards

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1+ year of customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, pet care facility, or medical office strongly preferred
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
