Technician, Maintenance (CNG Chillers)

Key Responsibilities

Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of CNG chiller systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.

Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair any mechanical, electrical, or cooling issues that arise within the CNG chiller systems.

System Upgrades: Implement upgrades and modifications to the chiller systems as necessary to improve performance and comply with new regulations or standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when performing maintenance and repairs. Conduct safety inspections and ensure all components meet safety standards.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed. Assist in training new technicians.

Emergency Response: Be available for emergency repairs and maintenance outside of regular working hours as required.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical training or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing chiller systems or similar equipment.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality and safety.

Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
